Access to and use of the WEBSITE is subject to and, consequently, is governed by the provisions of these CONDITIONS, without prejudice to any special conditions that may apply to specific services included on the WEBSITE.

ISSAFOOD reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, deny or withdraw the access and/or use of its WEBSITE, at any time and without prior notice, to any USER who does not comply with the present CONDITIONS.
The USER shall use the WEBSITE and its contents under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility. The USER will be liable for any damages of any nature that ISSAFOOD may suffer as a consequence, direct or indirect, of the USER‘s non-compliance with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All the contents of the WEBSITE (including, but not limited to, databases, trademarks, logos, trade names, images, drawings, graphics, text files, audio, video and software) are the property of ISSAFOOD or ISSAFOOD has been duly authorized to use them, and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.
The WEBSITE can make available to the USERS links to other websites managed by third parties, through technical devices such as, among others, hypertext links, banners, buttons, directories and any other search tool that allows the USER to access websites other than the WEBSITE or third party websites (hereinafter, “LINKS“). The use of LINKS does not imply any dependence on ISSAFOOD, unless expressly stated otherwise, nor does it imply any acceptance, endorsement or recommendation by ISSAFOOD of the contents or services offered by them, nor any guarantee to the USER. Consequently, the USER shall be responsible for the navigation to other websites through those LINKS, being ISSAFOOD exonerated from any responsibility in relation to the information, data, files, products, services and any kind of material existing in the pages accessed through the LINKS.
In the same way, all those LINKS between any web site and the WEBSITE do not imply, by their mere existence, any legal relationship between the WEBSITE and the web that incorporates such LINKS, nor the knowledge and acceptance by ISSAFOOD of their existence and content.
To the extent permitted by law, ISSAFOOD disclaims any liability for, but not limited to:
Any error, deletion, delay or anomaly that may occur in the transmission and operation of the WEBSITE, which have their origin in force majeure or fortuitous causes (whether Internet problems, computer errors, telephone breakdowns, hackers, etc.), or that had been caused by bad faith of the USER.

Claims of third parties arising from the improper use by the USER of the WEBSITE.
From the acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of the fact that they may have any contractual relationship with ISSAFOOD.
Of the access and use of the WEBSITE to unsuitable contents, as well as the sending of data, by minors, without the consent of the parents or guardians, when the Law requires it, being the responsibility of the parents or guardians to exercise the adequate control so that the minors in their charge avoid the access and use to unsuitable contents.

Of the uncertain, imprecise, incorrect or incomplete data provided by the USER that prevent the transmission of the products or services contracted and/or contact with the USER.
Should any clause of these CONDITIONS be declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect the provision or part thereof that is null and void or ineffective, with the rest of the CONDITIONS remaining in full force and effect, and the provision or part thereof that is affected shall be deemed not to have been included, unless, as it is essential to these CONDITIONS, it should affect them in their entirety.
The present CONDITIONS, as well as all those relations that may arise between the USER and ISSAFOOD due to the access and use of the WEBSITE, will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the Portuguese Law.
